OUR ROLES
Our services and roles include for providing consulting and advise as well as overall development coordination of projects, that is from initial conceptualization, preliminary feasibility and market research stages, obtaining of permits/environmental impact assessments, financial and investment securement, professional team selection and appointment, operational management and commercialisation, development and construction co-ordination, marketing and sales management.
We promote and campaign on behalf of International organisations and NGO’s to donors, government, funders, partners and other voluntary organisations with specific mission of providing low cost housing, sanitation and primary health care facilities and classrooms in emerging market regions in Africa.

Our unique and varied international project experience allows us to assist clients in maximising their development aspirations. Creating and realising projects is our passion. In our role as development coordinators we work alongside our clients together with a team of selected specialists and professionals looking after their interests as well as ensuring maximum return on their investment. As development manager we help control all the key tasks and team member’s thus ensuring that the project succeeds in all its aspects.

PROJECT EXPERIENCE
We have a successful track record in identifying and developing opportunities in a wide range of sectors including for large scale Urban development and infrastructure provision, construction of middle to low income housing and site and service schemes, the provision of affordable and sustainable access to basic sanitory and water(WASH) schemes, commercial and retail shopping malls, private medical clinics/hospital development and recently in the tourism and luxury hotel resort sector through the development management of “Integrated Resort projects” – Hotel, golf and villa estates.
Managed investments and the development of projects located in Sub Saharan Africa (Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Malawi, Zambia, Mozambique, Zimbabwe, Botswana, South Africa, Mauritius) Montenegro and France.
